Twenty-four local (24) farmers gathered from August 5 to 7 at Adones Integrated Farm in Brgy. Payao to learn about sustainable coconut production and nursery setup.
This training was organized by the Agricultural Training Institute – Regional Training Center, in partnership with the Philippine Coconut Authority (PCA) from Regions I, II, and the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR).
The participants worked alongside three (3) Agricultural Extension Workers and one (1) LSA owner. The training covered best practices in various aspects of coconut nursery establishment and farming.
