The City Government of Batac continued the awarding of Resolutions of Commendation to students from Batac who graduated with Latin Honors this year.
Leading today’s awardees were the exceptional Fariñas twins of Barangay Quiling Sur — Lance Matthew and Hans Joshua — who both finished BS Biology at UP Diliman and graduated Summa Cum Laude, the highest Latin honor.
The commendations were conferred by the Sangguniang Panlungsod headed by Vice Mayor Albert Chua, in recognition of the students’ outstanding achievements and for bringing pride to the city.
Mayor Markee Chua also personally congratulated the Farinas twins and expressed his pride in their exceptional accomplishment.
