The Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City of Batac topped Ilocos Norte’s Cities Category with a 99.50% score in the 2025 Local Legislative Awards, assessing performance from June 30, 2022 to June 30, 2025 led by then Vice Mayor, Atty. Windell D. Chua.
With this win, the City Government of Batac advances as Ilocos Norte’s provincial nominee to the Regional LLA.
The LLA is led by the DILG through the Provincial Awards Committee, in partnership with the Philippine Councilors League–Ilocos Norte Chapter and the Vice Mayors League of the Philippines–Ilocos Norte Chapter.
