The Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City of Batac, led by Vice Mayor Albert D. Chua, welcomed evaluators on October 2 for the Local Legislative Awards (LLA) 2025 – Provincial Level.
The LLA honors outstanding Sanggunian Bayan and Sanggunian Panlungsod that pass meaningful and effective laws promoting good governance and local development.
Batac’s Sangguniang Panlungsod was evaluated on responsiveness, effectiveness, efficiency, innovation, documentation, and capacity building — qualities that reflect strong and people-centered lawmaking.
