The City Government of Batac, through the Public Employment Service Office (PESO), successfully conducted the Markang Serbisyo Job Fair on October 20 at the Imelda Cultural Center.
Hundreds came to explore employment opportunities. Twenty eight employers and agencies from various industries participated, offering a wide range of job openings.
A one-stop shop of national government agencies, including the NBI, SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig Fund, PSA and TESDA, was also set up to provide essential services and assistance to applicants and residents.
This initiative is part of the City Government of Batac’s thrust to expand employment opportunities and support the welfare of its constituents. Mayor Mark Christian “Markee” R. Chua emphasized that providing better access to livelihood and job opportunities remains a key commitment under his administration’s Markang Serbisyo brand of public service.
