The City Government of Batac officially launched the Libreng Gupit sa Barangay 2026 on June 24 as part of the 19th Charter Day Celebration.
An annual community service program, the activity promotes wellness and proper grooming among Batacqueños by bringing free haircut services directly to the barangays.
Conducted in partnership with the Salon and Barbers Association, the program will continue to serve residents in all barangays of the city in the coming days.
