Mayor Albert D. Chua along with our Junior Mayor, Julian Ignacio R. Chua led our delegation to the Open Capitol held this morning in Laoag City.
The Open Capitol is one of the highlights of Ilocos Norte’s 205th Foundation Anniversary celebration which welcomes Ilokano youth and visitors to the Capitol building to get acquainted with the functions of the different departments under the Provincial Government.
Also joining the roll of this year’s junior officials are Arch Jay Rosales from Catalino Acosta Memorial Elementary School representing Hon. Rafael Chua Medina, Jan Elijah Montante from Hilario Valdez Memorial Elementary School representing Hon. Medeldorf M. Gaoat, and Earl Jan Uzziah M. Tinio from Hilario Valdez Memorial Elementary School representing Hon. Giancarlo S. Crisostomo.
