IN PHOTOS: Earlier today, the City Government of Batac turns over Sound Systems to four elementary schools in the city.
The members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod headed by Vice Mayor Windell D. Chua led the turnover of sound system to Parangapong Elementary School, Catalino Acosta Memorial Elementary School, Hilario Valdes Memorial Elementary School and Rayuray Elementary School granted by the City Government of Batac.
