The City Government of Batac commemorates the life and greatness of the first Supreme Bishop of the Iglesia Filipina Independiente, Msgr. Gregorio Labayan Aglipay on the occasion of his 79th Death Anniversary.
A wreath-laying ceremony joined by our city officials, City Schools Division of Batac and Baranagay Aglipay Officials was held at the Aglipay Mausoleum early this morning. It was followed by a simple program featuring the string art masterpieces of the different high schools in the city.
