What is Safety Seal?
The Safety Seal Certification is a voluntary certification scheme that affirms that an establishment is compliant with the minimum public health standards set by the government and uses or integrates its contact tracing with staysafe.ph.
How Online Certification Program works
- Register your business on this online Application Form.
- The City Inspection team and Certification assess all received applications and shall arrange with the business owner the schedule of On-site inspection of the subject establishment.
- The Inspection Team shall Visit the establishment to validate the submitted checklist. (Please be ready with the documents/photos (MOV’s) as reflected in the safety seal certification checklist.)
- If the said establishment is found compliant and had passed the requirements of the program after the conduct of On-site inspection, SAFETY SEAL CERTIFICATE will be issued and awarded by the Certification Team.
