The City Government of Batac represented by some of the women employees and our muse, Engr. Gerald John Sagadraca, joined the Kinni-Kinni Parade hosted by the Provincial Government of Ilocos Norte in time for the celebration of International Women’s Day today, March 8.
The parade is being held in the province annually to promote gender equality and to recognize the significant contribution of women to the Ilocano community. It is participated by all the 23 LGUs in the province and various national government agencies.
Engr. Sagadraca was also awarded as the Miss Paraiso ni Aniben.
