The Schools Division of the City of Batac (SDCB) showed a vibrant display of unity and strength at the opening ceremony of the 2023 Region 1 Athletic Association (R1AA) Meet held in San Carlos City, Pangasinan on May 14.
The delegation, led by Schools Division Superintendent Anselmo Aludino, presented a captivating energy as they cheered throughout the opening parade, exhibiting the spirit of camaraderie. The 2023 R1AA Meet, hosted this year by the Schools Division of San Carlos City, Pangasinan, set a magical atmosphere for the event, further making the ceremonies lively with the display of different characters and costumes.
To demonstrate the full support of the City Government of Batac under the leadership of Mayor Albert D. Chua for the delegation, Sangguniang Panlungsod Members Bismark Angelo Quidang, Kichel Jomarie Pungtilan, Joel Garcia, Violeta Nalupta, Avelard Ibarra Crisostomo, Christopher Lagmay, Lucky Rene Bunye and James Saclayan joined the opening ceremonies.
