The Imelda Cultural Center was graced with the beauty and talent of the 23 stunning candidates for Miss Ilocos Norte on May 8. Batac was proud to host the first round of preliminaries, featuring the talent and swimsuit competitions where each candidate showcased their unique abilities and physiques.
Vice Mayor Windell D. Chua extended his warmest welcome to the candidates, Miss Ilocos Norte production team, and supporters from the different towns. He emphasized the significance of hosting such an event as a platform to showcase the beauty of Batac and its attractions.
As the competition continues, we encourage everyone to give their full support to our Miss Batac Julliana Marie Espiritu in her journey towards the crown. With her poise and grace, we are confident that she will represent Batac with pride and excellence.
