The City Government of Batac consistently highlights the critical role of Batacquenos in saving lives through the quarterly conduct of the CGB Blood Donation Drive.
Conducted at the Imelda Cultural Center on June 20, 2023, the second quarter CGB Blood Donation Drive had 53 successful blood donors. The donors were given tote bags and snacks as a token of appreciation for their heroic act of service.
The promising outcome of this event reflects the collective effort of the City Government of Batac through the City Health Office in partnership with Mariano Marcos Memorial Hospital and Medical Center in saving lives.
Volunteer blood donors who wish to donate more often can approach their respective barangays for the bloodletting drive conducted all year round.
