Mayor Albert D. Chua together with the members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod attended the State of the Province Address (SOPA) of Governor Matthew Marcos Manotoc on September 18 at the Plaza del Norte.
This significant event showcased the Provincial Government’s accomplishments over the past year and reaffirmed its commitment to the Ilokano community including the City of Batac. A notable initiative to be built in Batac is the forthcoming establishment of the Provincial Trading Center.
