The City of Batac was awarded 1st Place – Float Competition and 3rd Place – Reyna Iloca-locana in the Semana ti Ar-aria Parada Iloca-locana on October 31. This Halloween celebration is hosted annually by the Provincial Government of Ilocos Norte.
Led by Mayor Albert D. Chua and SPM Markee Chua, the delegation included city government employees and the Schools Division of the City of Batac led by SDS Anselmo Aludino.
This year’s Reyna Iloca-locana were Engr. Arnaldo Jansen Cariño of the General Services Office and Vic Andrew Cocson of the Local Civil Registry.
The winning float was designed and crafted by the CGB Creative Team.
