Governor Matthew Marcos Manotoc administered the oath of office to the newly elected Punong Barangays from the 23 cities and municipalities of Ilocos Norte in a ceremony held at the Ilocos Norte Centennial Arena today.
The event was witnessed by Congressman Sandro Marcos, Congressman Angelo Marcos Barba, and the respective Mayors of the 23 towns and municipalities.
Mayor Albert D. Chua personally offered his warmest congratulations to the newly elected Punong Barangays of Batac.
This occasion marks a renewed commitment to quality public service and progress in the province.
