In time with Valentine’s this year, Child Development Centers (CDCs) received gifts from the city government in form of sets of learning materials on February 13, 14, 15 and 16.
Every CDC was visited by city officials for the distribution with Sangguniang Panlungsod member Markee Chua sharing a message to encourage parents to teach their kids the value of learning in the digital age. He also restated the city’s goal to be part of reaching each child’s dreams, supporting CDCs in the needed repairs and maintenance of their facilities.
Each CDC received sets of child development puzzles and educational toys, as well as a set of three books for each child. The distribution of learning materials is done yearly to strive for the enhanced learning of Batacqueño children.
