The City Government of Batac, led by Mayor Albert D. Chua, recognized Mhelanie Dhave Vidad, a native of Batac, for her impressive achievement as the Top 8 Board Passer in the 2024 Philippine Nurses Licensure Exam on January 17.
Mayor Albert D. Chua, Vice Mayor Windell D. Chua, SPM Markee Chua, and SPM Kichel Pungtilan, presented Vidad with a cash incentive of Php20,000, complemented by a Resolution of Warmest Congratulations and Commendation.
