In a continued effort to support the local agriculture sector, the City Government of Batac, led by City Mayor Albert D. Chua, distributed upgraded calves and breeders to livestock raisers and various Zanjeras in the City on January 31, 2025.
38 beneficiaries were each given two upgraded calves, while 38 Zanjeras received one upgraded breeder each. This initiative aims to enhance livestock production and improve the livelihood of farmers in the City.
The distribution was also attended by SPM Markee Chua, SPM Kichel Pungtilan, SPM Jojo Daguio, and SPM Christopher Lagmay.
