On February 18, Dr. Virgilio Julius P. Manzano Jr., the 8th President of Mariano Marcos State University (MMSU), visited City Mayor Engr. Albert D. Chua for a courtesy call.
Mayor Chua warmly welcomed Dr. Manzano and reaffirmed his commitment to supporting programs that enhance education and empower the community.
