The Coronation Rites of Ms. Red Cross Valentine 2025 took place on February 26 at the Laoag City Amphitheater. Punong Barangay Ms. Ivy Joy P. Quintos of Barangay Palpalicong, represented the City Government of Batac and was crowned Ms. Health Service 2025.
Ms. Red Cross Valentine is an annual fundraising initiative organized by the Philippine Red Cross Ilocos Norte Chapter, consistently receiving support from the City Government of Batac.

The event was attended by Mayor Albert D. Chua, and SPM Kichel Pungtilan along with members of the Association of Barangay Councils and city government employees.
