With an aim to benchmark the Building Permit and Certificate of Occupancy (BPCO) processes of the City Government of Batac, the City Government of San Fernando, La Union conducted a study tour in the city on January 18.
The streamlined processes in securing building permit and certificate of occupancy were discussed by Engr. Richard Pungtilan, Batac’s Building Official and focal person on the Ease of Doing Business.
During the courtesy call, Mayor Albert D. Chua warmly welcomed the delegation from San Fernando City led by their City Engineer and Building Official, Engr. Madeline Tadifa.
Engr. Tadifa on the other hand expressed their gratitude for all the knowledge they have gained with the visit as these will be very helpful in streamlining the BPCO processes in the City Government of San Fernando.
The delegation was composed of key personnel from various departments involved in BPCO processes.
