After successfully complying with all the parameters set forth for the Barangay Drug Clearing Program, three new barangays from the City of Batac are declared drug-cleared by the Regional Oversight Committee for Barangay Drug Clearing Program. These barangays are Colo, Biningan and Camguidan.
Today, January 11, the resolutions declaring the three barangays as drug-cleared are awarded by IO II Dexter Regaspi of PDEA Ilocos Norte at the Office of the Mayor. It was witnessed by Mayor Albert D. Chua together with CLGOO Rodel Hilario and PLTCOL Adrian Gayuchan.
Also awarded today is the certification of Barangay Baligat for retaining its status as a drug-cleared barangay.
The three barangays were declared drug-cleared by the regional oversight committee after the deliberation conducted on December 20, 2022 at the PDEA Compound in San Fernando City, La Union.
