The City Government of Batac opened its 16th Charter Anniversary celebration with an array of activities demonstrating gratitude and optimism.
The day of celebration began with a thanksgiving mass at the Immaculate Conception Parish where city officials, city employees, representatives of National Government Agencies, barangay officials, and constituents came together for a moment of unity and reflection, acknowledging the blessings of the past year and looking ahead with hope and optimism.
Following the mass, the city government held the blessing of four newly-acquired backhoes to further facilitate infrastructure programs including agricultural development projects, and a pakhammer for the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office to enhance the disaster response capabilities of the city.
These opening activities, reflecting the enthusiastic leadership of Mayor Albert D. Chua signifies the vibrant spirit and future aspirations of the City of Batac as it celebrates its 16th Charter Anniversary.
