Mayor Albert D. Chua joined the entire community of the Mariano Marcos State University in the opening ceremony of their 46th Foundation Anniversary celebration on January 8, 2023.
The event was marked by a series of activities, including a Thanksgiving Service, Opening Program and the ribbon cutting for the Trade Fair and Garden Show.
Highlighting the event, National Economic and Development Authority Secretary and proud Arsenio Balisacan, graced the occasion as the guest speaker.
Mayor Chua expressed his profound pride in the City of Batac as the home city of the prestigious Mariano Marcos State University. MMSU is led by its University President, Dr. Shirley C. Agrupis.
