In a continued effort to support indigent households, the City Government of Batac, led by Mayor Engr. Albert D. Chua, distributed electrical materials to 35 beneficiaries at the Imelda Cultural Center.
This initiative, part of the Pasilaw Pro-Poor Program, aims to ensure that underserved households receive essential electrical connections.
The program offers free consultations, electrical plans, materials, and installation services to eligible families.
Each beneficiary received a comprehensive electrical kit, which includes PDX electrical wires, power plugs and sockets, a junction box, switch, receptacle, convenience outlet, LED light, spool, electric tape, and insulated staple wire.
The distribution event was facilitated by the City Building Office team headed by Engr. Richard Pungtilan.
