Mayor Albert D. Chua, along with the members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod, attended the 46th Commencement Exercises of Mariano Marcos State University (MMSU) on July 10. The event was graced by Senator Imee R. Marcos, who delivered an inspiring speech as the Guest Speaker.
