In the aftermath of Typhoon Julian, the City Government of Batac, led by Mayor Albert D. Chua, is distributing 10 kilos of rice and canned goods to all families in the city. This initiative aims to provide immediate relief following the damage caused by Typhoon Julian, which affected properties, agriculture, livestock, and disrupted livelihoods.
In addition to this relief distribution, the City Government is now preparing to provide assistance to affected farmers like the distribution of seedlings and offer other forms of agricultural support to help farmers recover from the typhoon’s devastation.
