The Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) of Ilocos Norte, led by Hon. Eldritze C. Viernes, in collaboration with the Provincial Government of Ilocos Norte, successfully conducted the 7th edition of its kits4Kids Education Outreach Program in the City of Batac.
A total of 67 learners from Barangays Cangrunaan and Biningan received educational kits containing essential school supplies, while their parents were provided with food packs. The learners also enjoyed meals sponsored by Senior Board Member Hon. Rafael Salvador Chua Medina, while essential medicines were provided by Ms. Trixie Ablan.
Junior Governor Gabriel Vincent Openshaw and Junior Vice Governor Alyana Ynez Aurora Chua distributed candies, books, and tumblers to the learners, adding more excitement during the event.
