The City of Batac hosted the 11th Out-of-the-Capitol Session of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Ilocos Norte on February 17 at the Sangguniang Panlungsod Session Hall.
Mayor Albert D. Chua, alongside Vice Mayor Windell D. Chua and the Sangguniang Panlungsod Members, extended a warm welcome to the provincial delegation led by Vice Governor Cecilia Araneta Marcos.
The Out-of-the-Capitol Session is part of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan’s initiative to bring governance closer to the people, ensuring that legislative processes remain inclusive and responsive to the needs of various communities.
