The City Government of Batac held an Executive Briefing on the State of Local Governance and Development on July 31, 2025. The activity is part of the Newly-Elected Officials (NEO) PLUS Program, aimed at building the leadership and management skills of local officials.
The briefing was attended by representatives from national government agencies based in the city, as well as city departments and sections. It was facilitated by the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG).
In his message, Mayor Markee Chua highlighted the priority thrusts of his administration and his commitment to bringing government services closer to the people, and effectively and efficiently.
