For her exemplary achievement of passing the March 2023 Physician Licensure Examination as topnotcher, the City Government of Batac headed by Mayor Albert D. Chua awards a Resolution of Commendation to Dr. Aira Cassandra S. Castro of the Mariano Marcos State University – College of Medicine.
The City of Batac takes pride of Dr. Castro’s exemplary achievement and recognizes it as a great inspiration to the Ilocano youth.
Also, the Mariano Marcos State University – College of Medicine was awarded with a Resolution of Commendation for achieving a 100% passing rate and having produced a topnotcher in the March 2023 Physician Licensure Examination.
The resolutions were awarded by the Sangguniang Panlungsod led by Vice Mayor Windell D. Chua to Dr. Aira Cassandra S. Castro, Dr. Prima Fe R. Franco – MMSU Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Policarpio B. Joves, Jr. – MMSU COM, Dean, and Dr. James Patrick Peralta – MMSU COM, Associate Dean.
The awarding was held during the session of the Sangguniang Panlungsod held today, April 17.
