The Provincial Government of Ilocos Norte headed by Atty. distributed on April 20 swine (weaners) and feeds to 178 ASF affected hog raisers and 77 beneficiaries of their Agri Ka Dito Program.
It was led by Atty. Pancho Jose, Gov. Manotoc’s Chief of Staff, together with Mayor Albert D. Chua and the personnel of the Provincial Veterinary Office.
